Hi guys,


I've been getting laggy images and no image transmission signal in all my spark flights. I've tried to get out of the city, go to open fields but it doesn't seem to solve the problem. No matter what distance I'm flying, I just lose the image conection and don't get it back. When I fly the spark using my iphone (8 plus, last version dji go 4 app), the image transmission is perfect, i get no lag at all and don't lose the signal. All the issue happens when I'm using the RC.  I've already tried to use and OTG cable but couldn't note any difference . I also refreshed the software of the aircraft and Remote Controller. What can I do?

Have you tried re-linking the RC to the AC are you also on the latest version of IOS 11.2.2

Reset the IMU mate. It worked for me

In the DJI go 4 app go to the top right corner where it shows the IMU levels and then click on it

Or just go to video academy where it says IMU calibration

Here is the video, make sure you follow the exaxt orientation of the AC in each step (it has the be facing the right way).

Sir, please ensure that you do not wear the bluetooth device around your spark. I would not recommend you shield the antenna during flight. And do not fly your spark above your head. Please keep us updated, thanks.

I've tried the IMU calibration and I think it worked for me. I've made 2 flights and the image is very smooth. I'll fly more on the weekend and let you guys know if it really solved the problem. thank you all!!

i have same problem.
compass,IMU calibration all i did..bluettooth is off but i still see this eror..
what i have to do i dont know

I had the same problem. An uninstall of DJI 4 Go and restart of the phone after new installing fixed the problem.
But I never had this problems before I used 4.2.22
