I'm a noob with this drone stuff...I have video too but looking for software to edit with. Here is a pic from an angle I could never get before without the drone. I think I'm really going to like this thing once I learn how to fully operate it, lol

Thanks so much Susan! How do I get the craft to go higher? I can't reach the top of the falls. I thought I set it to feet in the app but now it looks like it might only be going up 30 feet high and that's it.  I only got this high shot by accident when I lost visuals on my tablet... I started pushing things, LOL.
Tried the next day and could not get this high again??
Should I put it back to meters? I'm going to try this again since we got snow and I'd like to get higher for the best shots.

Sounds like you might be flying in beginner mode, turn that off to fly higher.

A good sharp picture did you do any PP work or is it straight off the SD card and if so what settings did you use.

Honestly, I'm not far enough along to make custom changes so this was straight out of the box... whatever the defaults are from the factory. Might not even be 4k for all I know, lol
I did an "auto adjust" on my pc which made the greens a bit brighter.

Sir, login your DJI Account and disable the Beginner Mode will get rid of the limitations. Then you can set the maximum altitude in MC Settings.

Very nice shot, I recommend you invest in the polar Pro nd filter set, They give your pictures and videos a more professional look....

Like susan said, but first you have to take a few steps back so to speak and do more research and practice more in open spaces till you get acquainted with your new phantom. I really don't want to see you post about your first crash....

Yes, I definitely hear you. It can be a scary place to fly it turning beginner mode off because it's pretty tight in that Gorge. However, the temptation is so strong because I want to see what it looks like up at the top and I can't see it from the ground. Thank you for the warning.
