Hi,

I purchased the DJI Spark on Saturday and I think it's a fantastic little drone. Although, I've unfortunately had some issues with the camera. I'm new to all of this, so I am unsure if I've done something wrong. Perhaps I have changed a setting or not given the drone enough time to connect to everything, because the video's I record look choppy, distorted and just awful. I haven't crashed it, so I don't think the camera would be damaged. The video occasionally looked like this when I first flew it on Sunday, but not as often as it is now. If anyone has any ideas on how this can be fixed, I would really appreciate it! Thanks.

*Tried to edit but said I had posted over 2 minutes ago. I took 8 minutes of footage during that flight, but for some reason it only saved ~2 minutes to the micro SD card. If anyone would be able to tell me why, I would really appreciate that too. Thanks guys!

What micro SD card are you using? If you are using a fast card, i would return that Spark ASAP and get another one

I'm using a Sandisk 32 GB UHS-1 Micro SDHC as it's recommended by DJI here https://www.dji.com/spark/info

I would return it. wonder why they recommend 80mbps

I would think, they copy/paste it from Mavic, perhaps?
Just a thought

Just charged the batteries and took it for another fly. I've noticed that the screen on my phone has none of these issues, so maybe it's a micro SD card issue. If so, why would DJI recommend a micro SD card that can't support the video recorded?

Maybe this card is damaged? Can you try an other sdcard?

I've tried another card and it has the same issue. I also have just tried it with no micro SD card, and the same thing is now happening to the screen I see on my phone. Along with that, there is a ~4 second delay between what I do to the drone using the controller (ie move it up) and what I see through the screen on the phone.

Sir, any error message from your SD card? Please tell me the firmware of your drone and the version of your app. BTW, what is the model of your mobile device? I would help you forward this situation to our engineers. Thanks for your support.

DJI Elektra save me!! I have the same problem with my video quality as zLammma. I bought it three weeks ago and does the same thing from the very first time. What should I do?
