It's early January in the former mining town of Julian, CA. A light rain is beginning to fall as my Mavic Pro drone flies over this peaceful mountain village. Later that night there's a lull in the weather, as we drift above deserted streets. By morning the town is hit with high winds and heavy rain.

Some beautiful shots there Ray, and it sure got really wet at the end! I would be too scared to post a video like that here in Australia, as I would risk being fined for flying over buildings / roads (despite the awesome view), and as for the night stuff - that's no fly territory according to local regulations too. Are you a licensed pilot, or what are the regulations like in your part of the world?

I agree with the compliments above.  I had just two thoughts while watching:
1.  The color was a bit dark.  Of course, that's such a personal preference, but it's simply how it looked to me.
2.  The music was so simple - mostly just a guitar playing 3 chords over and over.  Have you seen the HUGE amount of free music available from YouTube?  https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music
   Of course, that's a personal preference as well, so my comments are just sharing what went through my head while watching - no negative criticism intended.

I tried out a ton of music from YouTube and other sources to find something that would fit this video. The tricky part was that I wanted the added sound effects to be heard over the music. I might have found something better if I'd kept at it, but this worked.
