I bought OSMO PRO in Beijing.S/N 058DEH15000684.I have updated to the latest version v1.3.0.40.
But info in GENERAL about Firwmare is always shown as "Unknown".

Hi Evgeny, the latest firmware version of Osmo pro is v1.4.0.70, we recommend to update to the latest version to see if the issue persists.
Besides, is there any problem during shooting?

As far as I remember, I also had this problem even after the firmware for the latest version 1.4.0.70. The problem disappeared after the update of the DJI GO version.

Hi!!!After that i got next problem.
OSMO PRO is not connect with FOCUS HANDSWHELL 2.I changed two cables,but the same result.

Are there any way  to check  of the Focus wheel?

Glad to know the first issue got sorted out, may I have more details of the disconnection issue?
Will the indicator light on? What is the color of it? More details would be appreciated.

How do you upgrade ?
I put BIN file to SD card, power ON my OSMO but nothing ... FW version Unknow on OSMO and DJI GO.

What to do ?
