I have samsung s7 edge. Every time I enter the dji go I get this message that you have to update this. However, clicking to update the app tells you that there is no internet connection. So I disconnect the wifi from the control and connect to a local wifi with internet and even then the progress stays at 0%. I already tried via cable otg, with data network and in no case it authenticates. Does anyone explain to me how to proceed?

On the right side of the download page you will find DJI Assistant for download on your PC or Mac.

How do you update the precise fly database with DJI Assistant 2? I thought this could only be updated when the request to update pops up in the app whilst the drone is turned on and connected.

I have done it once so far and I got a window popping up in DJI Assistant for the update.

If you are only getting this screen, there is nothing else you can do. For me a while ago a message for Fly Safe Database update popped up automatically and I did it that way.
Are you still getting the update message when connected with your mobile device?

I'm still getting the message. I've tried everything I have in this program and it did not work. It will not work on the phone. I'm thinking of borrowing an iphone and try

Make sure the phone is on the latest IOS 11.2.2 and reboot the phone THEN install the latest version of GO 4 from the app store THEN turn on the drone and do not pass the screen with the drone on it as that is where the update instruction will pop up. If nothing appears after a minute then enter the first person camera view within the app, bring up general settings and tap 'about' - this will list all of the versions that your drone is currently on including firmware and the precise fly database.
