Hi there!

I've always been transfering data from my SD card using USB directly from my Inspire2.
But now my computer simply cannot see the card folder anymore (tried in both latest Mac and PC).
The DJI assistant can totally recognize the drone, though.

I haven't tried the card reader, since don't have one yet.

Does anybody else have the same situation?

It actually worked after I installed both the camera module and SSD card.

Sir, please ensure that you choose the "PC mode" on your inspire 2 so that your PC can recognize your drone. We would recommend users mount their camera to export those files. Thanks for your attention.
