Hi! I am writing because my goggles have suffered damage to the rubber of the head support. The product is still under warranty.
I've already get in touch with the dji store in Milan and Rome to ask for the replacement under warranty coverage, but I did not received any certain confirmations.
Since the practice is rather expensive, I’m asking if anyone had stumbled in this problem.

Following this thread...interested to see the outcome.  Would DJI categorize this as "wear & tear"?

I just realized once I was putting them inside the bag that they were ripped!

Hi there, please note that DJI Goggles frame doesn't have warranty service, and it doesn't provide repair service. According to the picture, it doesn't seem to influence the function of the Goggles, please kindly keep it stored in good condition and avoid the further damage in the future.
