New models, new bug , split ingeneer on all thoses models... while current model disconected in mid-air.

I can't see good news when new model come out while current suffer serious bugs.

The anticipation is killing me. I saved and saved to purchase a P4P and a set of Goggles which I bought in December, and I’m very happy with them. After joining this forum and reading about the Mavic along with its integration with the Goggles, I’ve decided to get that too. Had it in the cart and was well on the way to ordering it and decided to look here one more time. Then I started to see all the speculation about the next version of Mavic. I usually wait until a new release has been out for a bit and they can shake off some of the bugs. But I’ll probably be one of the bug checkers in this case. Really looking forward to this weeks announcement.

haha, I agree with you ,because I have also encountered some unpleasant things. maybe the product it not mature enough, but believe DJI, it will do better in the future.

I agree. Even with all the negativity I read here, DJI has done quite well. I'm very happy with the 5 DJI products I've purchased over the years.

https://www.dji.com/mavic-air no longer redirects you to the DJI home page. It now comes up with a 404 page error, just like the https://www.dji.com/phantom-5 url.

So it looks like there is some truth in offering multiple colors... apparently there will be White, Black, and Red.

The Spark is definitely obosolete and will be discontinued, our Sparks will be worth 150 USD after the release if we are lucky

From the icons, here are the spec's

• 32mp camera (the more MP's you have the bigger impact of camera shake), not sure how this is achieve with a small sensor, must be using a type of sensor shift algorithim
• foldable
• 3 axis gimbal
• 4k video
• fixed wing mode
• gesture mode

I would be fine without, but much of what I am reading is saying it may be a improved, smaller mavic with a Phantom 4 quality camera and weatherproofing...

Which would make me super remorseful.

I would say unless the product is not fit for purpose, has defects or just does not work then the trading standards act may stand. It would be on a par with buying a pair of trainers and to find they have released a better pair and go for your money back. I also maybe wrong. Then again you could follow these rules we have in the UK, but don't hold your breath sir -

Either way, get ready for - I got it stuck in a tree, It flew away, How do I update, How do I charge the battery and all the other fun related issues people have without even thinking of looking at the damn manual.
Anyway, FPV training going well and not crashed as yet - Vid uality is nowhere near DJI but the fun factor is way above. All manual control. Mess it up and go fetch...

LOL. Must admit that I have been concentrating on FPV. Mavic gone, Spark gone, P4A grounded due to the UK's wonderful Winter weather. DJI Forum distanced due to not being able to hold my tongue with idiots/know all's anymore.

Why is it 1299 Australia dollars when the conversion on Paypal is only 1049 Australian dollars.
