The food looks great! I have been to Taiyuan which is located beyond the normal tourist areas  "" Inner Mongolia  ""  I was helping one of the company's with Power Transformers that you use for Coal power plants.

No we went to restraints by the factory in  Taiyuan. Check out the selection of meals

The food looks awesome !! A very cultured and proud People as well.  I wish Americans would take more Pride in their culture and think of the "WE"  rather than the "ME" .  I always admired that in Asian cultures ,

Yes it is very smoggy and NO I didn't get used to it. One of the reasons is the power generation. They use a lot of coal in their power stations. The coal they have is pretty dirty for the BTUs generated. Of course the many other factors come into play, but we were in inter Mongolia the heart of coal generation country.
