i have a 3SE. Took a video and downloaded it to iPad. The picture is there and I click on the arrow. I get a little circle and if I click on that, it says download error. No video.

Hello Mike, just to verify, are the aircraft and RC connected well when you download the original pictures from SD card?

Well, I may not be doing this right., I take the sd card out of the aircraft and put it in a reader and plug that into my iPad. Is there a different way?

Mike, there are two ways, just for your reference:
1. Make sure the aircraft, RC and APP connected, insert SD card in the aircraft, click the download arrow, you can view the original videos in iPad.
2. Take out the SD, use the card reader and connect with PC to read directly.

Step 1 worked great!!! Haven't tried step 2 yet.
