I tried doing some searching before buying and trying out some new batteries but I couldn't find much online so I thought I'd post the info here in case others have the same questions.  If you have other flight times for referance, please include them in this thread.

Copter: S1000
Camera: Canon 5D Mark III
Batteries: 2x 16,000 mah (32,000 mah total) - flight time 24mins 30 sec.  Landed at 21v (around 22.2 v at rest) .. still charging the batteries to see how many amps I used. Brand - Xmateria

Battery: 1x 16,000 mah - flight time 15mins 30 seconds.  Landed again at 21v .. which is about 22.2v at rest. Brand - Xmateria

Thanks for the times guys.  
When charging my batteries I found out i used 94% of my amps.. or at least that's how many i put in.  The batteries are still new so perhaps the numbers are slightly off, but it was a bit worrying.  I stopped flying at 21V and I'm pretty sure it was up to 22.2-22.5V at rest... but I like to stick to 80% amp usage.
