I find there are pending credit in my account since last Dec, when will it credit to my account?

I’m having the same problem.  I still have one pending from 11/27.  I’m just getting the run around.  I have even tried sending an email directly to that department.  It takes weeks for a reply and they can’t even seem to find the right account.  15 Days?  Yeah right.  Going on 2 months now...

Double post.  It appears the forum software is screwed up too.
