14. I started her off with a eachine h8 twenty dollar drone to fly around her room. Told her once she stop hitting the walls and ceiling she could fly my Mavic.

You might be surprised! My son was maybe a year or two older when he flew for the first time. He's a natural and controls the aircraft better than I do (not that I'm great or anything).

There's a definite sense of satisfaction watching your kids fly.

Totally agree. Seeing theirs eyes light up and that wow look on their faces. Awesome makes a parent proud.
