i'm looking to buy new micro sd card. Which one to look for? I've got the standard Panasonic one and two 32gb Sandisk  ultra but with sandisk every video has got tha distortion after first 3 seconds and sometimes I get lines in my pictures. That's why I'm looking to get new cards.

You want a card that can write at 40 mb/s to be safe.Download this app to check the speed of your current card before spending the money on a new one.

Hello
I would advise you to a sd card of the uhs 3 speed class. These are currently the fastest of its kind.

I use Sandisk extreme 32gb for my Mavic Platinum and extreme pro 64gb for my P4P. Both are more than I need and perfect for either drone.

I have been using Samsung, Sandisc and soon Silicon Power. All are rated U1. I have a mix of 16, 32 and 64 gig cards. I have yet to have an issue. I always record in 4K. I do have some U3 cards but so far can’t tell a difference. As of now I believe the advice to just go U3 cards is not necessary. I am getting U1 cards on amazon for as low as $7.99

I'll chime in and agree with CW, a little more money for a lot less problems, U3 is the way to go. I also use the ScanDisk Extreme with good results.

We suggest using SD card with Class 10/UHS-1 and above and writing speed with 60Mbps. Please kindly choose original SD card from the SD card company, which can ensure the full test of its stability and compatibility.
For the distortion and lines of your video, I suggest trying the original SD card that came with the drone and check if the same issue emerges on the original video. If yes, please upload a sample to Dropbox and paste the link here so we can check. Thank you.

I bought the SanDisk Extreme Plus U3 128 GB card... so I'm also interested to see how yours works? I'm hoping to use it in the Mavic Pro, but I don't see any documentation or forum entries that say it will work. Does anyone else have any experience using a 128 GB card in the Mavic Pro?

Just got it, fits and looking to test this weekend if I can. Inserted and checked the storage on my device and sure enough it states, the usual, a little less than 128...like 124 gb somewhere around there.

It comes down to:
1. Future proofing..??
2. using in other devices like camera with very fast burst rate..??
3. How much you want to pay.??

For my Mavic I got the SanDisk Extreme PRO - up to 100 MB/s, Class 10, U3, V30, A1 - 64 GB

They also do a higher spec, well over twice the price, one of the fastest on the market.
SanDisk Extreme PRO 64 GB up to 275MB/s UHS-II Class 10 U3

I got the SanDisk 400 GB card. It's their newest one. It is expensive, but it has days of recording time!

Just be careful where you obtain your SD cards from people as there appear to be plenty of fakes out there How to spot Fake eBay SD Cards

So the moral is maybe purchase your SD cards from a reputable source, it ain't worth losing your b1rd for saving a few $$

You want a card that can write at 40 mb/s to be safe.Download this app to check the speed of your current card before spending the money on a new one.

So what card do you use? I am using the scandisk ultra pro which seems to work fine. But the app that you suggest is only reading 23 mb/s
