It's nice to see familiar places.
Taken beautifully, perfectly selected music.
But why so little snow?

Thank you! Not much light around this time of year, and the shots from the fortress was shot during the sundown, so it was a bit dark, but i kinda liked it The shots from the spire looks much closer than it was, the spire is ablsolultly massive, so it looks a lot closer than it was. I will say i was about 10meters from it

I once went on business trip late 80's to Trondheim..
Stayed near airport in a place called Hell, I have postcard as a souvenir.
So I can tell people I have truly been to Hell and back.

It's so beautiful, I guess I get to appreciate winter because of your post. Thank you.

That's a good point, I also care must be taken of the possibility of further snow flurishes so must take care of water ingress which I guess will limit the time you fly.

I've flown in -5c temps in the UK this winter. Let the drone hover on take off in order for the battery to be at least 15-20c before flying, keep the drone fairly close and be gentle on the sticks in the first few minutes of flight - don't throttle 100% on take off. Also, always take off with a fully charged battery. I find the fast wind speeds to be the biggest problem to contend with in the winter.

Thank you for the tips ! I have flown in -15c, the biggest problem was my fingers hehe.. but i am always scared about the drone suddenly shutting down or something...

It can happen, especially in temps lower than -10c but modern drones and designed to handle these temperatures more efficiently but it's always best to fly on the edge of caution. And yeah, my hands feel like they're going to fall off sometimes in sub zero temps LOL - I bought a pair of gloves that enable me to still use my iPhone whilst wearing them.

Better to be carefull then! To bad the averrage allyear temparture in Norway are around 0c.... and no sun for 2-4 months.  I should probably get a pair of these gloves also!

Thanks! Hehe, A couple a years ago they put up a "Hollywood sign" that says HELL on a hill not far from the hotell i assume you stayed on ( its only one hotell in hell)
