So i found this on Amazon and it seems to be from China, anyone have one of these? Thoughts on safety or usage? good bad or indifferent for our batteries?

I promise this is not me selling this product, I just want to make sure i dont fry my $200 batteries!!!

Ive got a couple but I would not attempt using them with a stock power supply.

The supplied DJI charger is maxed out charging one battery and you will not be able to charge three batteries any quicker in parallel using that. In other words it will take the same time as charging a single battery each time, but with less stress to the stock power supply. I also prefer using The DJI Part No 34 which is a remote controller cable kit.
