Is there any difference in quality of the image of H.265/264 if I unlock cinemaDNG and Apple ProRes codecs?

H.265 is the new video compression standard after H.264. Compared with the existing popular video coding standard H.264, H.265 combines the original technologies with advanced techniques to significantly improve the bit-stream, build a better connection between time delay and algorithm complexity and enhance the coding quality, which leads to best optimizations considerably. The video quality enhancement is better than H.264.

Mindy that wasn't my question - I am asking, if I unlock cinemaDNG and ProRes codecs, will I get better quality out of H.265/264 format?

I apologize for the misunderstanding, if you unlock CineDNG and Apply ProRes license, the difference is there would be the footage of CineDNG and Apply ProRes format saved in SSD card, many photographers need advanced capabilities for high-level filmmaking purposes, in the mean time, another footage of H.264/H.285 format will be saved Micro SD card, the quality will not be changed comparing to the quality without license.Please correct me if I misunderstood your question again, thank you.

No, the quality of H.264/H.265 has nothing to do with the licence, it will not affect the quality.
