I don't see the bird attacking the drone.  I just saw it flew past the drone.  Did I missed something ?

I have some crows in my area that try to attack my mavic, but not my spark. I think its the size of it.
Some have suggested reflective tape will confuse them ?

I'll second that! I looks like a Pitirre, or Grey Kingbird - national bird of Puerto Rico. You should be honoured by the fly-by. (It was likely catching flies, rather than attacking though!

One thing I read awhile back was that the best avoidance move is to fly your quad straight up.  Seems that birds can't do that very well.

It was not chasing insects. It was chasing the drone almost knocked it down. That was the only footage I had of the bird when he went into the camera lens.
