Hey guys,

My DJI Go app was crashing consistently, so I removed and reinstalled it to see if this would help. When I logged back in to my account I noticed all my videos and photos were gone. Absolutely devasted as I was using this footage for a job that I need to submit end of this week! I've tried connecting to itunes and checking the apps content and there is nothing there. Please help! Thank you

Sorry to read on this, the footage and cache are saved in DJI Go APP, if you removed the APP, the footage will be deleted too, sorry that there is no official way could be provided to recover them, hope users could learn lesson and avoid this situation next time.
