Hi everyone, I just purchased the genuine DJI charging hub (https://store.dji.com/product/phantom-4-battery-charging-hub) and on the DJI website it is stated that is compatible with both Phantom 4 and Phantom 4 Pro batteries (5350 and 5870 mAh respectively). But, in the latest downloadable version of the manual (the same version of the hard copy I got in the box), it's only reported the Phantom 4 battery to be compatible with. So, even if I tried it and it works perfectly with my Phantom 4 Pro battery, I wanted to make sure that the firmware of the hub was the latest available and thus I connected the hub to Assistant 2 (as wrtitten in the manual). BTW, the hub is not recognized by the software. So I would like to know if this is normal, and I can just use the hub as it is, or I'm facing some kind of issues, and I need to do something with it. Thank you!

Works fine with P4 and P4P batteries.
To be honest, I've never tried updating the firmware on it, it just works.

Hey Giammi, the batteries of P4 series are compatible. At this moment, the DJI Charging Hub does not support to upgrade the firmware, and it is normal when you connected DJI Assistant 2. No worries.

Ok, good to know. I only read what was written in the manual.

Thank you

From the DJI Store, it shows the high capacity batteries.

Yes, from the store, but not in the official manual.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong,  the charging Hub is a " Power Supply " and NOT a charger.  The balance charger is in the head of the Batteries.

Maybe you're right, but the Hub has some sort of firmware in it, since it can schedule the order in which the batteries are charged. So I guess is more than just a power supply.
