m600 and gimbal is ok, camera connected to the TX controller with the image but can not push the button on TX controller to take the photos or filming. Any one know about this pls help. Many thanks.

do you have the GCU (gimbal control unit) connected to the IMU/A3.

Do all functions work, tilt, roll, yaw on the gimbal but shutter does not? or does none of it work

Connect the system to DJI Assistant 2 and check the SDK page where you can assign channel mapping. Try to see if changing the shutter setting helps, other than that maybe check the gimbal application? Depends on what kind you have, but there's a downloadable installer on the DJI website if it's a Z-15 as an example

Thanks I was try, but im using ronin MX with sony A7R2 not Z15, do you think is any problem with iR trigger?

It's possible, it could be your camera too. Make sure the Camera is ready to accept and take pictures with IR input.
