Hi..
The other day when doing my pre-flight-check I found one of the propellers
a bit loose..
When holding the motor and try twist the blade it felt not 100% tight. The other
3 was ok.
Then I unmounted the propel, turned the motor almost half a turn, and mounted
the propel again. Now everything was ok.
I tried to do the same with the other 3 propellers and found that I could reproduce
the same scenario with them all.

Have any of You had this same experience?

Maybe you have a bad motor, i will do a ground test and make sure your blades are on fastened, before you fly

Yes, I had a propeller come off at 399 feet after accent and just prior to starting a grid. Drone was a total loss after that fall. I am very careful to check that my propellers are on fully and locked. I assume it was related to a software issue, as the motors were not jammed or unable to rotate even after the crash. Very scary.

Its not about the motor itself, but more the locking taps I think.
As I mentioned, I can unmount the propel and turn it a bit. Then put it
back in place and its not loose anymore..
If unmount it again, and turn it back, its loose again. This is same story
on all 4 motors.

Mine has the same, just like a half of a mm slack, when unmounted and turned to next point of fit it become steady with no slack.
I have three sets of White and one set of black props, all does the same and also did before a AC replacement.

+1
When turning back and forth mounted, they move at least 1mm.
I always twist back and forth while pulling upwards when mounting them, to check they are properly fitted in the slot, the slack will not affect the flight, as the motors only turns in one direction and will keep the props snug as long as the motors are spinning.

You could try replacing the prop mounts with this type or at least put the springs under your current mounts.
These are an after market product

Hello.
One of my propeller looks and feels a little bit loose.  I can move it up and down but flys ok.   Is this normal?
