I see where the 1st 1000 that signup will get a free shipping code, but I didn't see anywhere that it mentioned how many of the trial Mavic Airs DJI will be awarding.  How many Mavic Air does DJI intend to award under this trial program?

This all needs further clarification from DJI.  I too was e-mailed a shipping code today. Do you use it after the trial selection is made, and you are one of the lucky ones to try it out?

The free shipping code is to get free, priority shipping, BUT you still have to pay for the Mavic Air. The free shipping code is different than the free Mavic Air trial. This was just a perk for people who signed up first. They will send emails to the people who have been selected for the free trail on Feburary 8th.

I discovered this initiative too late and therefore I did not receive any priority code!
I hope I still have luck and can try this little gem ... let's cross your fingers!

I am waiting for the code now, but i really really hope to have a chance and get this super cool little demon for free

It does not state how many people there will be, only that they will choose "qualified people".

Really impressed with the Mavic Air's capabilities through many of the youtube videos I have viewed, and have really made me interested in it. Really hope to be able to trial the Mavic Air! P.S. Keep up the good work DJI!!

My order was placed on Jan 26th  my expected delivery date is Feb 1. Destination is Canada.
Shipped from Shenzhen China.  DHL status says  currently in HK sorting facility.
I don't think you'll have it before Feb 1 if you order now.

Not gonna lie, I totally blew through the application as soon as i saw it because I thought it was limited to the first 1,000 people, not just free shipping. I omitted a ton of valuable information (like the fact the I run a growing youtube channel). Does anyone know if it would be possible to modify or resubmit the app with all of my information? I did not get a code after I signed up.  err... I don't think I got a code.  However, when I logged into the website and clicked on the Mavic Air it said that I qualify for priority shipping.

I eventually did get the code the following day!
