After 2 months of non-use, both of my Ronin-M batteries are completely dead and will not charge.  I found a thread somewhere that said that if I updated the firmware, the batteries would charge.  I have no power at all to do the update.  Is there anyway to power the Ronin-M without using the batteries?  This unit was purchased in 2016.

Have the same problem, I see that support of DJI is not working too good, they are not answering many important threads about battery issues.
