Trying to download flight data using assistant 2.  All I get is a spinning wheel.  I do not see any file to select and download.  Suggestions?

Same issue.  Maybe DJI can fix this problem.  Cause its nothing I have done wrong... other than having a mac...

I have the same issue on my Mac. Just getting a spinning wheel for flight log data and black box. The suggested fix was to uninstall and re-install the assistant 2 software, but I have not tried that yet. It recognizes the Spark and I can update firmware etc just can’t do anything else.

Yup same thing here too, MacOS.
