I just wanted to share an event which I experienced yesterday.
I have two DJI Phantom 4 Pro, have bought them on 14 October 2017 from San Francisco. I use both. One of them has crashed by hitting a wall due to a product issue. Whatever, I called the DJI Support and explanied the problem. They told me that you have to send the product to the USA due to regional warraty and shipment fee will be covered by you. It doesn't make sense. I talked about everything while buying the products, they didn't tell me like that.
I was planning to buy Inspire series of DJI, but I will consider again after this experience.
