I sent in my inspire 2 props because they were wobbly on the mounts making a lot of noise. They were supposed to be replaced long story short it’s been like six months and I’ve called in about five times and nothing I still haven’t received my replacement props. Feeling ripped off and upset it shouldn’t be that difficult.
That must have been frustrating for you, I have forwarded this concern to the appropriate department, will look into it and help you get an update soon.

Thanks for helping me get this problem resolved, they’re going to send me two sets of props. Thanks a lot
