Keep flying and link the flight log to the cloud.  You will see the Flight distance on the left increase and your level.  To become a higher level user on the forum you need to post more pics videos and replies.

Hey there, the level will go up if you keep flying regularly. It is the same with the flight distance. Happy flying!

What app, the GO app?

Yes, once you've done flying then go to the DJI Go4 app. On the right hand side of the flight page, there's a small circle, tap that and it syncs your flight records. You'll see them here under your screen name.

But remember you need to be signed into that very same email account to work. The forum email and app needs to match up for it to work.
Hope this helps.

The pilots level is dependent from your flown meters with your copter.

Do you mean a single 8 or a Cuban 8?

No just a plan ole vanilla 8 either vertical or horizontal
The Cuban 8 comes later when you try to make level 500

But a Phantom does not permit a Cuban 8 then the pilot may use a 3DR-Solo or a Xin Lin 161 X6 and these don´t use a flight record like DJI AC´s.  These AC´s are faster down than up and totally manually to control.

After sync and delete local flight records, how can I see how many total hours I have flown? Level 27 pilot, growth of value 723,972.

Have you synced the flight records? If yes, please click the cloud icon to sync the flight records to check.

Your forum level is determined by how many replies and posts you have made.  Totally different than meters flown.

I don´t care about any level of piloting the bird in numbers. Highest priority for me  is a safe flight and a proper check up before the bird takes off. The battery lets the bird operate long enough to find the right motive to take as photo or clip.  Some people saw me piloting my bird and say "you are a pretty good pilot." I ´d answer "not really. The bird is much easier to fly as my Xin Lin X6. " i said.

I sync my flight records, then delete local records on the DJI Go4 app. If I have a prospective employer wanting to see my flight records, including total hours, can I get them from DJI? On the app, I am at LV30, 1,088,796 "points"?

Hi scmontgomery, if you only clear local flight records on the App, you may tap the cloud icon on the right upper corner to sync, the flight records will be there again, no worries.

Question for yas . I’m currently arguing with DJI over an apparent battery fell out of the DJI Mavic 2 Zoom.  They are telling me It’s pilot error . Everything was fine , as i took off, i was watching craft as i normally do and glancing at app. At 2 seconds into flight as i was taking off , a brief warning stating battery not installed properly came up for 2.5 seconds and disappeared without me ever seeing it until the drone went missing and i replayed the flight log. If there was a a supposed battery connection issue, #1 why would there not even  a constant warning, and #2 why would it let me take off , or even #3 return or land immediately.  After 2 weeks if searching , we just found battery on roof of restaurant. Someone definitely grabbed drone as soon as it crashed , no where to be found . But pilot error is being ruled . As u can see I’m very experienced, with a crash SHOWING TOP speed of  167 mph lol . Seriously how is it pilot error when it never sent any other warnings .

May be it was a technical error that the pilot done. It could be the battery was not held on the proper place by the clips.
You´ve flown nearly 4 times more distance as i. I think it was a pure technical error and not a pilots error.

I had a battery pop out of my Mavic Pro while flying. Fortunately it happened at a low altitude so I was able to recover and inspect things.  It was due to to the battery swelling as the drone flew, eventually creating enough force to overpower the retaining pins and pop it loose.  I had noticed that that battery ran hotter than my others. I have subsequently noticed that the batteries start this swelling at around 200 charges. The capacity and flight times remained consistent with new batteries, but the temperatures start running hotter and as they discharge (fly) they begin to puff out on the bottom causing the battery to separate from the aircraft. The swelling goes down as the battery cools making it appear relatively normal when preflighting. Beware when these  lipo batteries are around 200 charges.
