Hi, I do not have the icon for the goggles under my avatar, I bought them 2nd hand, what do i need to do to get them to show please?

As other DJI equipment you need it as new unused and do the registration part from your own account. You can have my icon, i don't have any goggles.

Hey Bashy, the equipment icon will be displayed under your Avatar as long as the unit is activated under your DJI Account(same with DJI Forum). Regarding the P4P, would you mind telling us the aircraft SN and your email address? We'd like to check.

Bashy, if it is the right SN(0AXDE280B30959), I'm sorry to tell you that the drone is not activated under your DJI Account, could you double check? I'll PM you more details.

Also, one unit can only be activated once, and we do not support to reactivate for now.

Hi Susan, yes, that serial number is correct, i purchased it second hand in October from a Mr Parker

I see you’re P4P has returned, that was a long virtual RTH

DJI must have been checking your Account profile yesterday.

Certainly was lol, Still baffled though, if that was the case, dji checking, then why did the P4P re-appear and not the googles, they were both bought second user
