Looks like the US is a priority. I am in Canada. Ordered on 2018-01-23 15:28:44 (UTC). Online chat informed me that my order will be shipped on February 13.

I ordered mine on the 23rd 20:15UTC in the UK. Received my DHL tracking number this morning and according to them it is in flight now from China to the UK and will be delivered on Mon 29th. No priority shipping. Let’s hope this rain has gone away by then!!

I've just chatted too and my Red is estimated for shipping on the 7th "due to demand". Shame considering I ordered on 23rd.

Just now, ordered in 23, and they passed from 28 to 6 February, Red Combo.

I got an email from DJI thanking me for my support and since I purchased a Air and DJI care I could join DJI Select and get my drone even faster.  I'm already a member, but they must not recognise it.

Same here.  Waiting now to see if it made any difference to have it.  I was disappointed the Select didn’t save me money on Refresh for the Air.

hmm so my order page has "Step 4 Shipped" highlighted, but don't see a tracking number or email yet.

Per online support, Shipped (w/o tracking) actually means it's not even boxed yet and it *might* go out in a few days.

"your order is under “picking” status now. It means the items of your order are being scanned by a barcode gun in our warehouse. After being scanned, your items will be packaged in the box and handed over to the courier for shipment. Generally, this process will not take more than 2 days."

Same for me and I have had a long chat with DJI online support this afternoon. While the chat was very nice with a truly committed support staff member, it ended without result because they are waiting for clarification. I shall follow up on this and report back as soon as I have more information.

I am from UK and just ordered it from John Lewis and will be available for pickup on Monday. Also John Lewis have 3 years warranty .So i just canceled my Dji order !

Ordered on the 23rd shortly after the announcement and it appears my item is in shipped status so I should see it sometime next week.

crazy I just rechecked the store and mine is now listed as shipped, so did a chat and sure enough mine is bieng packed to ship as we speak, I think the chat people ate just instructed to say feb 15  but reality is different

Mine was marked as shipped today and received a tracking number from FedEx a couple hours ago. I purchased DJI select after I purchased from the email link.

Seems mine just shipped too with tracking number from FedEx although nothing shows for the tracking when you click on it. Good to see that shipments are starting to roll out in some form or another.

Yea I just got the email and tracking few hours later! Cant wait this is my first dji drone! Do these get shipped out of china? Im assuming prob wont get it delivered until end of the week.

You should receive an email. And then you can paste that confirmation code given into UPS to see where it is.

Buyed the 23/01/17 ,  white fly more combo, customer service told me i will recieve after the 06 FEB , i have no dji select :S

Ordered january 23rd at 16.45 (europe) bur have not received shippin update. Still hopefull to receive the air later this week...

I was told they ship today (28th) and arrive the 6th of feb. in NL. I guess the EU deliveries are about the same..

Just a little disappointed. I was expecting the 28th and as I said there are members on the DJI forum who have also ordered the Red color who are reporting that their drone has been shipped. And some of these individuals ordered after I did.

Now I have a tracking number showing and expected arrival of 01/31 by 10:30 am from Shenzhen, CN. I ordered with DJI Select, color: white.

I ordered the white one the 23th. No shipping yet

UK. Ordered fly more bundle (Onyx Black), on 23rd 22:36.  Payment says authorised and I can see it has been taken from my paypal account the same day. Shipping still says pending. Not too bothered if it doesn’t ship today, just don’t want it to turn into the Mavic Pro fiasco all over again.

Also spoke with Junrey earlier. Very similar conversation. Told it is 8-10 days delivery from payment being received. Asked if that means delivery within next 3-4 days seeing as I ordered on 23rd and he was quick to point out that it excludes weekends. When I ordered it also said shipping on 28th

Mine is finally showing a tracking number that works. Seems Wednesday will be the day.

I ordered Mavic air Red on Jan 23rd at 10.30am EST. So far didnt receive any shipping confirmation. Did anyone who ordered Red color get shipping confirmation?

I ordered red same time you did. Dji store says 7-10 business days for red. 3-5 for B&W.

Ordered the black mavic air on the 23rd and have tracking information with an estimated arrival of wednesday.
