UK buyers - how long did it take from leaving Shenzhen to get your MA?
My tracking status hasn’t updated since it changed to “Departed Facility in SHENZHEN - CHINA, PEOPLES REPUBLIC” Wednesday 31st, 21:00.
Just trying to figure out how much longer it’s going to be and if I need to make arrangements for delivery if it arrives while I’m at work.

It was a good couple of days. I think what happens is your mavic gets bundled in a crate and then locked up tight for customs. It doesn’t get individually tracked again until picked up locally by the courier, post customs. When mine was re-tracked I had it that day.

Ordered the 24th. DHL are saying it departed Shenzhen at 21 00 on the 31st. Anyone else on this slow boat from China?!!! I'm in ireland

I had order my Mav.air from best buy on Jan 26 still nothing not happy for my first dji

Many are. They are held by customs. They are shipped in bulk so it may take more time. Expect delivery Monday or Tuesday.

Yep, mine left exactly same time, hoping there’ll be at least an update tomorrow morning if not a delivery time.

Seems it arrived in the Uk today so hooefully in the Netherlands tomorrow...

Notification of shipping 1st Feb
Arrived here in the UK today. So basically six days
Bit cheesed off I can't use my Crystalsky monitor with it though. Just contacted support and they have no idea when it will be updated.

mine departed also Shenzhen 31st 9pm, and still nothing else since nearly 6 days, i am getting angry soon........

Ordered mine 23rd still waiting left the facility in Shenzhen Wednesday 31st, no more information after that.

I got an email from FedEx this morning that mine is out for delivery!

I ordered mine on the 26th, and I got the tracking info for the black fly more bundle today with DJI care, expected to arrive in Canada this Thursday.  I didn't use any of those silly shipping expedite codes and stuff.  way to complex. I don't have DJI select either.

Well, I guess the drone god got the revenge I was due for early shipment.  Package arrived with DHL last week.  DHL somehow decided that it doesn't deliver to my area, despite dropping off 3 packages here in the last month.  They tell me they let all the contractors go and had to had my package over to Canada post.  Canada post says they didn't get the package, and DHL says for sure they got the package and they point fingers back and forth at each other for3 business days.

This morning Canada post yet again confirms they don't have the package, and DHL says FOR SURE Canada post has it and wait another 5 days before they will investigate it.  Then 2 hours alter they call me to tell me that DHL actually has the package, and will drop it off at my house today.  So at the end of the day, the update come sin "technical issues with delivery technical".

Bottom line DHL is really horrible at customer service and doesn't really know what it means to delivery a package.  I wished they used FEDEX like the DJO store said they would be using.  FedEx is so easy to get stuff with.

And before anyone says I live in a rural area or something, I don't, DHL literal was here three times dropping off packages in Jan for late XMAS presents...  they really need to figure this out...  

I do suspect there is DHL guy right now making a video with my Mavic Air... so if you see any Canadian DHL drivers making a video for you tube about their mavic air, let me know - it might be my mavic air!

Hi, I am in the same situation as you. I can see my order and the payment confirmation but nothing about ship date....

By now most of the local distributors here in Australia have stock, ordered one today being delivered tomorrow.

I believe the flymore combo's are the units facing shortages due to batteries not being ready for release

Mine came in yesterday! Wasn't home...

Order date: Jan 28 Eastern Time
Delivered 2 days earlier than scheduled (via Fedex):

Really getting sick of refreshing my tracking info every few hours and seeing Shenzhen again and again

Mine departed also Shenzhen 31st 9pm. Today morning it updated: Processed at EAST MIDLANDS - UK, but it didn't leave the facility.

spoke to DHL and they explained a delay at West Midlands was the the reason we are all waiting. She said it would be clear from customs in the next day or two. that was yesterday

Today I finally received the mavic air. Took aome time as I ordered the 23rd of january...

Thanks for the west Midlands update - fingers crossed that's what it is and we'll have them by the end of the week (latest)

The shipping experience on this one, due to DJI choice of DHL break bulk service, is really pathetic.

Mine has just shown as 'processed at East Midlands Airport'. Hopefully this 31st January 9pm delivery is finally getting sorted for everyone

Compared to the mavic pro launch, this go round with shipment felt like amazon prime . US, just ordered the base package, planning to buy extras as needed, took a week from order to door, arrived today.

So it seems my MA has been delivered. Will open it when I get home.

I ordered on 1/23/18, it comes in today, 2/8/18.  The processing time for the red one is terrible at 7-10 days (but the excitement makes it well worth it) when compared to 3-5 days for the white and black ones.  But once it shipped it came really quick.  I ordered the red one btw, love that color on it.

*Correction*  I ordered on 2/01/18, not 1/23/18.

\o/ im so happy i recieved a call earlier today shipment change from 12-3 to tomorrow   cant wait to take it for a spin

I have the Mavic Air now and have had a few chances to fly it so far.  I absolutely love it.  It is super portable, far easier to carry with me than the Spark.  The controller connects to it super fast and I am up and flying in under a minute without even trying to be fast about it.
