I just got a Spark combo today and I've tried - and failed - to connect it to the Spark.
I get stuck when trying to connect to the RC. I can connect the Note 8 to the WiFi of the RC alright, but it doesn't progress from there, giving me an error message that the DJI Go 4 app failed to connect to the network (even though it does actually connect to it).
I managed to complete the whole setup with my Xperia Z3 tablet, but as it's a tablet, it's not easy to use it together with the RC.
I read that the Note 8 isn't officially supported, but other people on here have managed to get it working.
Any ideas what I could try?

Sir, it is normal to get the message that your phone didn't connect to the network. Please provide a screenshot of the image screen when you use Note 8 to connect your spark. Did you try to reset the wifi? Please have a try and keep us updated, thanks.

I've reset the WiFi of the Spark several times.

Attached are screenshots of my trying to connect my Note 8 to the Spark.
As you can see, WiFi is connected, but setup doesn't continue.
When scanning the QR Code I get the message that it failed to connect (see last screenshot).

Scanning the QR code does not work for my SAMSUNG s8 + either, directly register it manually ... alternative way.

Shutting off mobile data worked!
