I was attempting to research this subject and get clear on it. If you have a subject you want to shoot, and you shoot it with the intent of a hobbyist, either with a 107 certification or without, and then down the road you end up needing the imagery for commercial use, say a website, is this legal usage? This is all assuming the actual flight was legal of course, meaning you didn’t fly in a no fly zone.
