Can someone please confirm that CAS#'s even existed back then?  In all me emails to them there was never a mention of a Case #.  Also Can an admin possibly get me a case number referencing that RMA?

Johnny, currently all the RMA are registered as CAS-xxxxxx-xxxxxx in our system, just to clarify, did you send in your product to our repair center but didn't get the case number? If yes, please provide us your email account, we will help to check, thank you.
