Help please....

How the story began:

Today a package arrived with a mavic.
But it is not mine..
It has a differnt SN number and a new body.
The controller did not connect to the mavic.
I had to establish a new connection with a reset :

The gimbal is moving voilently and there is a strange sound at startup.
The sign with my name and adress is missing.
I am trying to update right now, because there is an old firmware on the mavic.

They don't have to send yours back to you, just one that works as good as a new one or rebuilt one.

Ok,but what about the violent gimbal start.
It sounds like it hits something..
My old mavic did not do that.

That is how my gimbal initialises, so looks normal to me.
It has to find the limits of movement as part of its startup calibration.

Hi, DonMigel, according to DJI after-Sales policy, products and components presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. These refurbished goods have been tested and are similar to brand new goods in function and appearance.
The process of gimbal calibration is normal, as Mavdude explained, it's finding his limit and no worries.
Please update the firmware to link the RC and let us know if there is any further problem, thank you.

I updated the mavic without problems.
Only had concerns about the gimbal.
I Had no oportunity to fly untill now..
Will check it this weekend, if the weather is ok.

Just wondering if there is a gimble calibration, and if there is, have you done it?
Either way you should not be getting overloads and resets all the time...

I  did the gimbal calibration twice.
It still freaks out while it is flying.
It is not possible to see the current firmware and  there is no date that could be upoaded in DJI Assistant 2!
I am so disappointed.
It is becomming an odyssey of issues with my mavic....

That really scares me cause mine is coming tomorrow from dji repair. My gimbal bracket broke from a crash.
It seems to fast from the time payment was made and the email I got that my Mavic is repaired and shipped back.
I wonder if they test it in the air as part of the repair final check.

Due my previous repair I have request the ups label on the dji site, you have only to create a package and compile the form with rhe instructions and afret they think to all.
If you are covered by warranty will be replace your drone ( ... and good lucky ).
Meanwhile will give you a quote ( like buy entire drone ) and after payement will give you a new refurbished drone,  like my situation.   Just 4 in 4 months .

Now I decide to contact all by email that is the same people of the chat,  work by  chat, by mail, by phone, from US .DE. FR. EXCEPT from Nl, for they contacts  that you need use email channel, but I prefere US
Chat because from Italy we are redirect to US site... that mistery.

This is my kast emayl for the DJI CHANNEL, just for spot and impreve them.

The kindless are mouch but is better if the sound will good.   From my last email to dji staff, zendesk, ecc:

Now I have pending another case for the same issues with anither different drone... also this was replaced with another failure drone

I have 2 drone, unfortunately one bought online from they. The others from the store and with the lastone , I will can try to have refound from the store with the legal warranty.

I can not flash the firmware, because DJi Assistant 2 does not recognize which firmware is installed.
And i can not update the  database.

I want my old Mavic  back.
It was a mistake to send it to Dji repair.
I should have repaired it myself.
Only  the cable of the arm was broken in my old mavic.
An arm costs 24 Euro.
The new Mavic is useless!
