First I thougt it's a problem with phone, but then I tried with another phone (first Android, second Iphone) and the same, I can't download the photos from Mavic. I saved them in JPEG+RAW, but application is showing only RAW instead of JPEG. Any idea why?

Yes, this is activated. The phone is new. The problem is before last firmware update I was able to transfer photos in View mode, now I can't, because it says RAW, but photos are saved in JPEG/RAW mode. So what went wrong?

As you can see from the pictures, some of the photos have RAW, but they were shot in JPEG+RAW. One was shot only in JPEG and I was able to download it. The others can't but I was able to download them before firmware update. You can recognize some photos from Instagram here.

Alan, thanks for your feedback. The situation will be solved in next firmware, if you want the format of "JPEG+RAW", please flash the firmware to “01.04.0100”. Thanks for your support and understanding.

Elektra, I see that you recommend flash the “01.04.0100” instead the last one ( “01.04.0200” ), is not recommended use the 01.04.0200? Thanks!

You can do this with the computer (DJI Assitant 2 - https://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads ) or also from your phone using the DJI GO but on my experience work better and fastest when I connect to the computer. But the problem with previous firmware is that also go wrong with the latest versions of GO app on Android. At first moment of firmware is released, downgrading to 01.04.0100 solved all the problems. But after DJI update the GO app to the v4.1.22 (NEW) around Jan 22th, all went back wrong again, also with 04.01.0100. On Jan 25/26th I receive a new update to 4.2.4 and not fix anything and I getting a lot of "aircraft disconnect".

The only good combination, that for me not cause any problems, is 01.04.0100 with GO 4.1.22 (oldest version before the update of around Jan 22th) as like I report on Firmware thread:

I know how downgrade to 01.04.0100 but not how get the first app with version 4.1.22 in case that would be better idea downgrade. Now I already re-installed all firmwares via Assistant 2, GO app also, to test today in the afternoon, all to the latest version: 01.04.0200 and 4.2.4, you believe that this is a bad idea?

You have to use instazoom.mobi to do this
