I would just like something that works at least a few minutes in flight.

I paid well over 1000 euros for a very cool machine and yet.

To be honest your software is second rate.

Also can you release the software GPL so we can improve it.

Need more information to help, what Device are you using? IOS/Android check compatibility here Mavic Pro Compatible Devices,  Scroll to the bottom of the page and see if your device is there. Litchi for IOS and/or Android is a great App for $25 USD

Try a Moto e4 they are cheap and work great

Apple devices or Dji goggles. The goggles are flawless in my opinion.

I agree with Woe on the Goggles, stalwart thus far.  I've found great success with iOS.  I believe there is a supported list of Android devices lurking around.

I have zero issues using my iPhone 7 Plus - GO 4 was optimised for it.
