You need to enable that setting in the Battery menu. (Almost top right corner.)
Some settings reset when updating the firmware.

Another poster "the mann58" had the same problem , as you can see from the thread we tried everything

https://forum.dji.com/thread-123010-1-1.html

It was resolved partially by a AC firmware upgrade to the P4P

This is a different issue than the one I was having with the Crystalsky (now completely resolved) where my P4Pro and P4 aircraft battery level would constantly read "0%". The most recent firmware updates for both the P4Pro and the P4 addressed that issue and I can now see actual aircraft battery % (and voltage) on the Crystalsky camera screen

Your Crystalsky is showing "N/A" both for aircraft battery level and GPS.  Can you move the gimbal up an down with the gimbal wheel?  If not, then your Crystalsky is not actually linked to your P4Pro.

My guess is that you are using an OTG cable. This is currently not supported by GO 4 for the Spark. It is not a Crystalsky issue but a GO 4 issue in the Android version.

Yes , that is the OTG telemetry issue with the Spark, DJI has disabled the OTG capability of the Spark RC

Try connecting the CS via wi-fi to the Spark RC everything should be fine after this.

For me it works well, but I have no idea what could be the problem with yours.
