Has anybody had any issues with your billing and your shipping address being different? Mine is stuck in "payment reviewing" status.  This is my first DJI product and at the moment I’m disappointed in the lack of communication and the lack of a phone number. The only thing chat seems to be able to do for me is give me an email to email. Wooo

It looks like they are starting to send out the ones from 1/24 (my date), just got my info, also mine is coming from their LA office.

No sign here yet unfortunately. I am constantly checking the tracking status. It says that it shall arrive today until 22:00 h but I start to doubt because there is no update in the tracking since Saturday. We'll see and I shall report here immediately. Gosh, I am usually a patient person, but this is torture...

I just called DHL and they have no clue where it is . They think it is stuck in customs somewhere....

At least yours is shipped............

My order still says pending. Ordered on 25th. I was hoping to have it this weekend. I guess I will not be one of the lucky ones.

Exactly the same status as mine and also called DHL with same response as you got. It is apparently stuck somewhere... One hint: check your order confirmation that you have received from DJI. There is a link to an ivoice confirming that VAT has been paid for your country, just in case you would need it for customs.

I have mine being delivered to my office and billing address at home.  I did not have any issue with the addresses.  I did have an issue with my credit card company, same as most other times I have purchased from DJI, the credit card security will not let the charge go through until they contact me.
Interesting side note on the MA purchase, the CC company told me to run the transaction again for it to go through. DJI put in two separate orders, then sent me an email later that the transaction was pending.  I was about to have a word with the CC company when I realized one order was through...unfortunately, the order for full price and not with my DJI credits.  Guess I will have to buy something else and appreciate the charge not going through twice.

I would say it is possible.  I ordered a day before you and just got a shipping notification for delivery on 2/2/2018.  Hopefully, you are not far behind!

Mine Black Fly More Combo was ordered on 24.01 (17:00 CET) and today I've got 4th blue dot (shipped), although no tracking number yet. My payment also changed to Pay Confirmed.
Hope to get my first drone soon Delivery to Poland

Sucks ordered a black fly more combo on the 24  And was toldit won’t ship till the 14 th   Figures as I go on vacation before I get the drone

Finally just received mine. Ordered towards the end of the presentation. Did not use promo coupon or DJI select. Arrived at 10 30Am EST in New York

Not sure how you see that, clearly says payment success, and below payment confirmed.

You should get it in 24-36 hours at the most, at least I did

bought and shipped the same day from Amazon.

I ordered my one 5 min after reveal started but than decided to cancel order and change Red to black one... Hope it will not be delayed a lot...

Mine shipped today from Florida Drone supply and will arrive Thursday.

When did you order Aeromirage? You're giving me inspiration. I was considering calling tomorrow for shipping to Texas. I assumed I would get faster shipping directly through DJI but.. maybe not. I wasn't aware of the VIp express account upgrade before ordering.
