Mine (UK) is still no where to be seen, so it's not just the rest of the EU, UK too, waiting for DHL and DJI to get back to me.

Still Step 3

Been on the phone to DHL: and online chat with DJI yesterday, mine still on step 3 from dispatch date 31.01.2018. DHL have stated it is with customs in china being checked. Hopefully will get through soon

Mine just processed at midlands It will be here tomorrow......

Hi all,

Ordered an onyx black Mavic Air and my tracking shows the same as yours 20:59 since January 31st...

Phoned DHL yesterday they stated to me they were held up in customs (china)
Nothing since leaving Schenzen on 31.01.2018 on tracker
Hopefully they'll pull finger out of (|)'s

Lots of different answers from DHL... What we have so far :
Stuck at customs in uk
Shipped with very slow service
Stuck at customs in China
Waiting for red one
Overloaded UK warehouse

I think it's little of everything.

After payment it was shipped next day afternoon(paid on 29 shipped on 31) but since then it's stuck on left from China status.

Unbelievable, I felt almost certain I was going to wake up this morning to news that my parcel had been processed and was on it's way... still nothing..

My local depot status usually changes around 8 am. So Im still lying to myself that it will be delivered. I'm even starting work early so can finish sooner. Silly me xd

It was shipped a week ago, it's caught up in this bulk pallet customs clusterf*ck blackhole.

Mine still at Lepizig as it missed morning flight to Warsaw. So it will stay there till tomorrow morning.
I hope that Your parcells will clear at East Midlands soon.

Still no movement on mine! Just had mail from DHL saying stuck in customs! DHL tracking still at stage 3, departing China!
I'm presuming it's in the UK... But who knows!

Spread, Ben Service. What day did you pay for it and was it shipped from China? I paid 29th and it was shipped on 1st in china. No update by now so I lost hope for today's or tomorrow's delivery

I ve been stuck at step 3 since 25 Jan. But my drone is red. Must be very special.

Its good not to mistake step 3 in DJI system with step 3 in DHL shipping status to EU.

Hey guys, so apparently I received an update from DHL today. Yesterday evening my parcel left UK and arrived in Vienna (via Leipzig and Bratislava) in the morning and is already in delivery! That went very fast now.

Hello there, has any Flame Reds made it through? Mine is apparently stuck in the vast shipment of the 1st February

Thankfully mine is getting delivered today and even better to top things off I’m off work rest of week

Red ones non fmc according to the website have shortest delivery time.

That’s fd up init, i noticed that u paid for yours on 29th , I didn’t order mine until 6-7pm on 31st , hope u get yours pretty soon , maybe dhl r waiting for more orders form dji to  Ireland and they going to send a bulk pallet over there as well , only reason I can think off delay , has any 1 over Ireland received theirs yet do u know ?

There was one guy who received it but from what I know he ordered and paid on first day.

As I talked today with local DHL (wanted to confirm that my current hold is only due to transport from Leipzig to Warsaw being available tomorrow morning). They said that there were several BBX parcels sent from Shenzhen from shipments on 31rd of Jan and 1st of Feb. As they all arrived in East Midlands they are disassembled and cleared for customs, but it seems that it is done in random order as this was one single transport assembled in Shenzhen. That is why some shipments from 1st of Feb were processed two days ago, my from 31st was processed yesterday late evening and some are still in processing.
