I use Deliveries by JuneCloud

And DHL have texted me saying it’s onboard with courier and scheduled for delivery today. Yippee!

I now had some progress since DHL step 4, screen shot below. Hope to get it delivered today.
So overall, 3 days from placing the order via DJI w/ priority code to shipping, then 4 days to delivery via DHL Express. Quite satisfying.

Ok, so looking at that, the standard way is that parcel arrives at Midlands a day and a half after it left Shenzhen. So there is still little hope in mine...

It seems shipments to UK are not stuck in customs!!! but the ones going to the rest of EU they are :!!!

Mine (UK) is still no where to be seen, so it's not just the rest of the EU, UK too, waiting for DHL and DJI to get back to me.

i live in the uk to and mine is still at stage 3 so i am hoping it gets updated soon

Yup, i am in the same batch. I lost all hope it will be here this week Maybe early next week if i am lucky.

Haha I have to admit that it looks better than I imagined!

I ordered mine Jan 29 in the afternoon Chicago time, just shipped, no tracking yet fly more onyx (black)

Sorry to hear that.... then UK is affected as well ..... I really hope yours will be delivered soon !!
Mine is still step 3 ...... So I think Im going to cancel the trip I had planned because I lost the hope of having it by tomorrow..

you are very lucky.... Mine departed before as yours (Saturday 27th) and still stuck in step 3!!  

I do not understand how customs works!!!

Yep, same here.. departed: Saturday, January 27, 2018 and I'm still stuck on step 3.

Ordered on the 28th, Onyx Black Fly More and still on 3rd stage. I may have not noticed it before but does it normally indicate the shipping company (FedEx) even if it doesn’t have tracking yet. Just noticed that FedEx is listed as shipping partner for my order.

Mine was on step 3 Monday and no change until 15:42 Thursday, hopefully it will get on a van tomorrow.

29th for me as well and it was at         16:36

Mine is also stuck somewhere. I ordered it during the start of that presentation (Also a DJI Select member). It got shipped on the 27th (saturday) from China and left the sorting station that same day. After that not a word. Contacted DHL but they don't know where it is. (live in the netherlands btw)

My dji air was shipped on the 30 Jan together with goggles goggles arrived next day 31 Jan ,must have local depot in the UK for some items, the dji air is coming from China got a tracking number, still in China at the moment.

I may get mine today

My status changed... but it is now in Belgium ... no delivery date yet...

I just got email that my dji care is activated from tomorrow. Strange as my drone at best will be delivered on Tuesday...

Wondering what will happen if I crash my drone exactly day after one year period will pass...

As for status its still on 3rd step in DHL tracking.

It's not lost, I have contacted DHL yesterday and the were very suprised DJI choose BULK delivery as an option as it is probably cheaper for DJI, but much slower than Express delivery. The lady on the phone said. It is sand by BBX (BREAK BULK) and NOT WPX (Worldwide Parcel eXpress) which is the fastest option and which they should have send it by when I choose the PRIORITY Shipping option from DJI.

I'm at step 8 now, it's in AMSTERDAM and since I live in the Netherlands I hope it will arrive soon!
