I talked to DJI customers service and I know that The new Phantom 3 has no Ground Station, POI and has no Waypoints. It is one step back? What do you think guys?

Not Ground Station, but POI, Waypoints, Follow Me, Orbit, etc...gotta believe the developer will offer a P3 version:
