Should have been here yesterday but DHL-Newcastle thinks Scotland’s too far away, fly more combo

I have not spoke with anyone from DJI but i ordered the Red Fly More combo on the 23rd here in the US and it does show shipped this morning. No tracking yet but personally this is ahead of the time frame I was honestly expecting from them. Especially after reading posts saying the red color is possibly delayed

I would second your sentiment about the time frame.
After waiting for what seemed like forever to get my P2V+, from a third party (ordered June of 2014), due to a third party/fedex shipping delay; I took a while, several generations, to order again but upgraded and went to DJI to get the Spark.  It was greatly delayed from when they said it would ship, like around a month or so.  At this point, for my experience with the MA, shipping 2 days from when they said it would ship is a marked improvement over where they were just 9 months ago.
So, I do give DJI some credit for things being way better than they were last time.
Of course, I am also not still waiting on a shipping confirmation so I hope everyone gets theirs very soon.

The price of the Flymore combo seems to be higher when purchased from Singapore?

not just the fly more combo, everything is  priced higher here..

just the mavic air is USD 939, fly more combo - USD 1169..  

also got my tracking number today. MA Flymore combo black onyx. ordered on 25th and expected delivery through DHL Feb 1st. at customs inspection ATM.

I have a tracking to from DHL, but no estimated delivery.....

I placed two orders -- one from B&H on 1/26 and one from Newegg Yesterday (1/30) for the Onyx Fly More Combo --

B&H support as of yesterday had no idea when the ship date would be... but Newegg's (seems like DJI may drop ship based on attached screenshot of my Newegg order)
order status seems to indicate it will ship today... Ultimately I think lesson learned is the DJI direct typically may be the best way to get them, but we'll see if my Newegg order ships today!

Just got my white air today no DJI select shipped the 28th from China fedex ordered on release date can’t open at work

The poll starts at the 27th, I ordered a red on about noon on the 23rd so there's no option for me. I've not heard a peep from DJI, wasn't invited to do Select or get a priority shipping code.  My order status hasn't changed. Rumor has it, the red ones won't ship for a couple weeks.

Ok I knew this thing was small, but this is beyond crazy small for all it packs in this size. I take back all my doubts about range/flight time considering its size...

Had the priority shipping through that magic free trial thing where the first 1000 got a code.  Have the tracking number from DHL sent through email this morning, really looking forward to trying this out.

My MA is in Cincinnati since this morning. I should get it in Quebec, Canada tomorrow by end of day...

Received mine today so far pleased ordered on the 25th. It was a flymore combo onyx black. will update after I get some use.

Please help. I found a code for free expedited shipping when ordering my mavic air but it did not work. I placed the order and emailed customer support right away bringing to their attention. It has now been 2 days and still not even a reply. Not a very good first experience with dji...

Mine finally came today too.

Ordered 1/23/18
Offered DJI Select option; signed up
"Shipped" 1/28/18 from China
Delivered (after 3-4 FedEx trucks came by the office) on 1/31/18

I have a crap load of work over the next two days...I don't anticipate flying mine (for real) until Saturday morning. I did fly it around the living room and kitchen tonight.

ordered black fly more combo 1/26.  told by DJI would ship the 28th, then told 14th of February. did not pay for priority shipping.  just recently updated to SHIPPED.  no tracking yet, but looks like it's headed this way.

Just finished chatting with customer service....  I ordered on January 29, 2018 and estimate ship date is Feb 5th.  See below...

"Thanks for waiting. Upon checking here, the estimated ship out date of your order is on or before the 5th of February as we have been receiving large volume of orders since the first launch and we have already set the shipping by batch on a first come frist served basis.

No worries you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number once the package is on the delivery process which usually takes 3-5 business days with the courier."

My Newegg wonder places on 1/30 which was “expected to ship by 1/31” didn’t update at shipped, although my message to DJI got this response:
Thank you for your email.
As per check, you order is waiting pick, we will update the tracking number on Newegg today or tomorrow.

So if it’s true at least Newegg is faster than B&H so worth a shot if you are frustrated with it taking too long. Will cancel my B&H order when I get my tracking number!

Attention All Mavic Air Combo RED purchasers
1) I live chatted with Bea. Gave her my order number. Inquired about this delay on all red models. She confirmed mine was shipping mid February. I ended the chat and a few hours later I received my tracking number and the fact that it has shipped. So, CS is clueless.
2) I purchased the RED combo 1.5 hours after the announcement in NY. I live in Florida.

It took about 7h from order to get information from DHL that they have received it.

Yesterday I had 4 blue dots this morning I have 3 and an email in my inbox telling me my address is invalid they cannot complete the order and I need to cancel it. Still waiting for a reply from the help team. Has anyone else had this? I'm hoping it s a genuine mix up and it won't delay the delivery.

Mine shipped on the 28th and I received yesterday, the 31st.  Haven't gotten to play with it.  Hope you get yours soon.

Did you order directly from DJI?  Second question, did you have a 'Priority Shipping Code'?  I ordered mine on the 23rd and I was just told 7-10 days before it ships.

I did order from DJI, and did nothing special on the shipping.  I did sign up for the dji select after ordering, but did nothing on shipping selection after the original order.  Mine shipped on the 28th, and I received yesterday, the 31th.  Will get to fly this weekend.

Ordered on the 24/1/18. Spoke to support to be told my Spark stuff I ordered was holding up the delivery. Strange thing is I’ve received my Spark stuff now and my MA is sitting in China ? {:4_166:}

I've replied 4 times with no answer from DJI I rang them as live chat was down and told me to ring. I did finally got through and was told there was nothing I could do and had to use live chat or email I explained I had tried that and it said to ring.
Managed eventually to get to live chat where I was told to go back to email. Still no answer so this afternoon I tried live chat and got through. Was told my address was invalid I asked my as it's my pay pall one certified and have never had an issue. Finally got them to send it to the following format.

Postcode
UK
Then said they sidgest I change my pay pall address to avoid problems like this in future!!! Cheeky buggers. I've ordered 100s of things this year along through to all with no problems ever!
Anyway was told I would revise a confirmation email. Still absolutely nothing. This is my first dealings with DJI and I'm not impresses. Hope I'm the o my one having these kind of issues.

As I'm slightly annoyed just went and counted 71 items played and delivered to my address through PayPal over the last 4 months and not one had issues. Like they wanted me to cancel and re order?!! Why!!!

I order a white fly more  on the 23 18:33:01 (UTC) and have not received any tracking number, reading that people ordered after that already have gotten there Mavic Air makes me a bit angry.

Is anyone else from UK still having their MA shown as stuck in a DHL warehouse in China? Been 24hrs there!
