Hello, since a while ago my phantom 2 vision plus is behaving in an strange way, as soon as i turn it on it notifies me Compass Calibration Required, in the app and in the drone it self with lights, no matter many times i calibrated it keeps doing it. Already replaced the compass for a new one, made an advanced calibration and still the problem persists.
Together with this when i take off and i am hovering in GPS mode, its very unstable, doesnt stay in a single place, it goes down, it goes left, as it was in ATTI, any ideas?

Have you hooked to a computer with the assistant software and run through the IMU calibration. What lights do you get when you first power up?

Do the advanced and basic compass calibration away from any metal.

Already did these steps, and reseted the BTU, still no positive result, the problem persists!

can you post a screen shot of your advanced calibration numbers?

I am trying to upload the images, but it only presents an error that the server can't upload images so big, but the images are 150kbs, don't understand...

DJI servers are having issues all over the planet with uploading images, not sure where you are but I am in Canada, some in the U.S. and others elsewhere are having similar issues..

I think they have it fixed now for the pics.

Here are the pictures, could you confirm if theres is something wrong with the Bird thru this information? I think its a GPS problem, because i changed the compass for the new one, that its enclosed in a little white box.

Your compass raw is not right, if you hover your mouse over the ? at the top it tells you what it should be and how to fix it.
I am not even sure that the V2 and V3 compass are compatible ?

Can you post a pic of how the compass is mounted ?

try to degauss the compass with a magnet. use small magnet near compass to help bring settings towards normal range.

It is trial and error  and may need be tested a couple times till it may get you to a point you can calibrate compass.

Heres how it is installed the new compass, but now i am thinking its a GPS problem, could you replace the gps to this phantoms?

Is there a video on how to degauss the compass with a magnet? This error could be present even if you replace the compass?

Your compass looks ok but the compass RAW is to low.  You might have to degausse  (demagnetize) it a couple of times to get it back into specs.  

Is there a video on how to degauss the compass with a magnet? This error could be present even if you replace the compass? I don't have a clue on how to do this process...

Just rotate a magnet around, up and down near the compass without touching it a few times, then do imu calibration until your COMPASS RAW number comes up.  You might have to do it a few times.  Try a search on youtube about degaussing dji phantom compass.
