I recently received 1,000 points for joining the Facebook page. My balance is now 1,947 points. Supposedly 1,800 points is the minimum number required to redeem but the "Exchange" button is grayed out. It says points are only checked on the first working day of the month so I'd like to see if I can exchange the points soon as I need to purchase some accessories. Can someone take a gander into this or do I need to open a support case?

There were another 1000 points on offer for the Mavic Air competition as well.
