Just wonder.

After everytime i have been flying, should i put on the gimbal clamp holder on my mavic?
I never did that on my old phantom 3 pro but i guess gimbal is even more sensitive on mavic then on phanton 3 or?

I have ordered another bag for mavic from internet, the stock bag i got with the mavic was real bad but the new one will let me have charger, 4 batts, drone, remote.

yes - you must put the gimbal clamp on every time - also remember to take it off every time - some months later i still forget sometimes and then end up kicking myself - just something you must do.

I wouldn't say it's a must. It's really how you chose to take care of your drone. That said. I put it on after every flight.

Me too! a MUST have and I wish DJI would just ship it with the Mavic Pro instead of the 2 piece system.

How easy it that to put on?

I always put the gimbal clamp on when I'm done flying. It's not necessarily the easiest to get on and I find I have to hold the gimbal to line it up so the clamp will go on correctly. I'm wondering if this lines up better to make securing the gimbal easier.

If you don't put the clamp on, the gimbal may detach during transportation. It will swing around until one of those rubber damper detaches

Easier than the original clamp. It does not grab from the base of the gimbal, but from the hood/body of the mavic. You still need to fiddle few seconds, but only aligning one part (back of the gimbal with 2 fingers of the new cover)

Also, does not have a slot for the rubber cover, less dust/less parts

Thanks for the info! I guess for a buck twenty five it's hard to go wrong!
