Need help selecting monitor for Mavic Pro.  Putting together list of purchases and need recommendations.  Eye glass wearer and considering the Crystal Sky ultra bright monitor.  Currently have an Iphone X but worried about being able to see monitor well enough.  At 65 my vision is not as good as it should be with up close monitors.  Any ideas appreciated

I did a spec comparison of the note 8 vs both CrystalSky.
The note 8 is brighter than the Iphone X and I sometimes had trouble seeing in the Hawaii sun. (Note 8's brightness would throttle)

The X should be fine or the 5.5" CrystalSky. Are you aware that the ultra brightness version costs as much as the Mavic itself?

Yeah, I know it is expensive but it is my retirement gift to myself.  I plan on using it everyday and need a screen I don't have to worry about being able to see in bright conditions

I would go with CrystalSky UB for you situation. I have a CS high brightness and I'm so glad I bought it...

I have never seen a CS UB so have know idea how bright..??
But if it's present to yourself, look at iPad Mini 4 Cellular/WiFi
No need to put a SIM in it, just get it for GPS usage.
