Yes the goggles will work with spark and mavic air, you have to put a cable into remote and connect to goggles.
Wireless is only possible with mavic.

The goggles also work with the Phantom 4 series and Inspire series too. Plus, you can plug in a video device via HDMI to watch films or play games with them.

They will but optimised for OcuSync/Mavic Pro i.e wireless 1080p live feed.
