I did this but changed from Pro to Advanced. Contact the Sales group and Online Sales, online sales never responded to my first inquiry. What the Sales team will tell you is to order the other model then submit the information to them. Let them now you want to change your order from (old order#) to (new order#). However, I would double check with them before you do this just to make sure it wasn't a one off for me. |
